"I'M THE CREATOR OF MY OWN HAPPY LIFE"

One of the biggest struggles we all face is motivation. We can listen to out favorite song, listen to a podcast, maybe watch an inspiring You Tube video? What sparks joy and lifts you up? I am one who gets motivated by the small stuff, and I have found that all it takes is a short 30 seconds to spark my motivation. How do I do this?

1. Think of yourself being lazy on the couch and not getting anything done, opposite of your goals. Process how it makes you feel.

2. Change your clothes, pack your bag, and get out of the house. 

3. Put one foot in front of the other. Don't think about it, and just go for it.  If you think about the suffering of a workout, or the time it will take to write an essay, you will just mess up the plan and demotivate yourself.
