Healthy Turmeric Chicken

1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 tbsp turmeric (freshly ground if possible)

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp paprika 

1/2 lemon

2 tsp organic honey

 

1. in small bowl, combine all spices and squeeze in lemon juice, and add honey.

2. heat up nonstick pan with a small amount of oil (avocado, grapeseed, or olive oil). 

3. mix thawed chicken into spice mixture and heat on pan until it reaches 165 degrees F.

- can be served in an arugula salad, in soups, noodles, or rice.
